The scope of services includes high-quality basic fittings for sanitary installations, floor coverings, windows and doors as well as fitted kitchens and furniture from the company's own design joinery. This high standard series raises the entry-level price but reduces expensive subsequent changes. Energy-saving heat pump technology, controlled ventilation with heat recovery and solutions for the use of solar energy also reduce running costs.
The range extends from the single-family house in plus-energy house standard via flexible room modules and multi-storey timber houses to FlyingSpaces mini houses for densification - a suitable concept for every budget.
